Twenty steps, no shortcuts
Every job follows the same order: the roof, then the walls, then the gutters. Here is the same house at each stage.
Where most of our jobs start
Worn shingles, tired siding and no gutters. Every job follows the same order: the roof, then the walls, then the gutters.
New roof
We strip the old roof down to the wood and replace any soft decking. Drip edge, ice & water shield and underlayment go down, then architectural shingles, new flashing and a ridge vent with cap shingles.
New siding
Old siding comes off so damaged sheathing gets replaced, not covered up. Housewrap, flashed windows and doors, corners and trim go on, then siding runs level from the foundation to the peak.
Seamless gutters
Each gutter is formed on site to the exact length of the roof edge, one piece per run, with a slight fall toward each downspout. Hidden hangers hold it under snow and ice, and downspouts carry the water away from your foundation.
